1. Overview
DeepSleep Overland ("we", "our", or "us") provides premium camping mattresses and accessories designed for overland adventures. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services.
2. Eligibility
To use our website and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using this site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Products and Orders
All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to fulfill orders promptly. Shipping times and rates are estimated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
5. Refund Policy
We accept the return of unopened items for up to 60 days after purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The original packaging must be unopened. Mattress product returns with opened packaging automatically incur a 25% restocking fee, which is pro-rated from the refund to cover required inspection, sanitization, and re-boxing, due to the nature of the product. All original items and accessories must be included in the return. Items that show any signs of wear and tear or damage will not be accepted for return. If a return is denied, DeepSleep will provide a reason and return the item to the purchaser. DeepSleep does not provide free return shipping, but we can offer a discounted return label—usually significantly cheaper than standard rates. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must be authorized before delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Warranty
Your DeepSleep investment includes an industry-leading 2-year warranty and 1 free repair service if you ever need it. The 2-year warranty starts from the date of purchase. All items are packaged in a controlled environment, so this warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is valid for up to 1 replacement. Normal wear and tear from use are not covered. If you experience a small cut, pinhole, or minor damage, it can usually be repaired using the specialized patch kit included with your product. We also offer 1 free repair service. Return shipping to DeepSleep is paid by the customer; we will cover free return shipping after the repair. DeepSleep Overland reserves the right to determine what is covered by this warranty. We may choose to repair or replace the product, provide remote assistance, or request a return. If you're experiencing air loss and cannot identify the leak, we offer a free inspection service. Return shipping is paid by the customer; return shipping after repair or replacement is covered by DeepSleep. Verification of purchase is required.
